Bid Description TOWN OF SHOSHONI PUBLIC NOTICE SALE OF TOWN OWNED PROPERTY BY SEALED BID AT ORIGINAL TOWN OF SHOSHONI BLOCK 5 LOTS 1-6 SHOSHONI, WY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Shoshoni will hold a public hearing for the purpose of opening of sealed bids regarding the intended sale of land located at 109 East 5th Street (Original town of Shoshoni Block 5 Lots 1-6). Bids will be accepted for lots 1-2 (including 40 x 50 metal shop), lots 3-4 and lots 5-6 separately. Bids will also be accepted for all lots 1-6. If the submitted bid for all lots is higher than the aggregate bids received for each lot individually, the bid for all of the lots will be considered the High Bidder. The Governing Body reserves the right to reject all bids. Bids should be written, signed, and sent or delivered in a sealed envelope; identifying specific lot(s) and bid amount. Sealed bids may be sent via mail to PO Box 267, Shoshoni WY, 82649 ATTN: Kim Riley, Sealed Bid. Sealed bids may also be delivered in person to 100 W. 3rd Street.
